Facebook to suspend Trump’s account for two years

Former US President Trump's Facebook account has been suspended for two years. Joe Biden has won the US presidential election.  Trump failed.  A joint sitting of parliament convened in Washington in January to confirm the election of a new president.  Trump supporters then stormed the parliament building and descended violently.  Four people were killed in the violence;  Many were injured, according to Trump's comments on the Facebook social networking site.

The panel of oversight experts was asked to comment on the suspension of Trump's account.  What was 'suspended' was accepted by the experts.  Following this, the Facebook administration has announced that Trump's Facebook account will be suspended until January 2023 and that Trump's Facebook account will be allowed again after it is confirmed that there are no issues with public security.

Donald Trump has said only that Facebook's move is illegal and has vowed to run again in the 2024 presidential election.
